We're all a little curious about ourselves — why we do what we do, what's working, what's not, & what we're ready to change. Health coaching is where that curiosity gets to go somewhere.

I'm not here to hand you a perfect plan or tell you what to do. My job is to help you figure out you — your patterns, your motivations, your blind spots — & then build from there. Together we dig into where you are now, dream up where you want to go, & create real, sustainable goals that actually fit your life.

Here's the thing about change: it takes time. We're literally rewiring the brain here (hello, neuroplasticity), so we give ourselves grace along the way. Progress isn't always linear, & that's okay.

Using an evidence-based approach, I'll partner with you to build self-awareness, find your own motivation from the inside out, & keep you supported & accountable as you move forward — whatever that looks like for you. Nutrition, movement, stress, energy, quality of life — you set the direction, I help you stay the course. And when you hit those milestones? We celebrate together, because the wins matter just as much as the work.
